阳明商道体验学习营 Wang Yangming BE Experiential Program

目标：为年青人提供学习中国人哲学智慧和商业思维，提高对中国文化价值的认识，提高自身素质和发展能力。

对象：初期主要服务大湾区青年，逐步发展到一带一路国际市场

内容设计主旨：以体验式教学、活动式教学和互动式学习为特点，结合青少年的学习需求和特点。通过学习王阳明心学的重点，为青少年提供价值观建立、道德成长和个人发展规划；通过学习商业工程学的思维框架，协助青少年建立商业感，形成商业思维，更好地进行个人职业生涯规划，融入经济商业社会，实现快乐和丰足的人生。

基于目标和对象，以下是一个五天的课程设计：

第一天

• 中国哲学智慧导论

• 王阳明心学的核心价值观

• 体验式教学：王阳明心学实践

第二天

• 商业工程学导论

• 商业思维框架和应用

• 活动式教学：创业游戏和商业竞赛

第三天

• 个人发展规划和职业生涯规划

• 互动式学习：个人规划和职业生涯规划案例分享和讨论

• 结业仪式和反思讨论

第四天

• 文化体验和参观

• 参观企业和工厂，学习企业管理和创新

• 活动式教学：团队合作和领导力

第五天

• 研讨会和讲座
